We do not gate reminders, reports, or exports behind a higher tier. A missed inspection costs the same at 30 extinguishers as at 300.

What the trial is for
45 days is long enough to load one real site, run this month's inspection round, and run next month's. If FireGuard has not shown you a missed inspection you would otherwise have missed, do not pay for it.
Days 1–3
Add one site and its extinguishers (CSV import or by hand). Print the QR labels.
Days 4–7
Your team runs the first monthly round from their phones. You see exactly what was skipped.
Day ~35
Second round comes due. Reminders go out. You decide with two months of evidence.
Founder-assisted onboarding is included for early customers. A fixed-scope concierge import of an existing inventory is available on request.
Pricing questions
What counts toward my extinguisher limit?
Active extinguishers: units currently installed and expected to be inspected. Retired or replaced units stay in your history and do not count. Locations and users never count.
Why price by extinguisher instead of per user?
Because the person who should do the monthly walk changes: a maintenance tech this month, the night supervisor next month. Per-seat pricing punishes you for letting more people inspect. Extinguisher count is stable and matches the work.
Is there a free plan?
No permanent free plan. Every account starts with a 45-day free trial with no card, long enough to complete two monthly inspection rounds with your real inventory. Our free checklist and inspection log templates are yours regardless.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Nothing breaks. You can keep inspecting everything you already have. We notify your administrator and give you 30 days over the limit before new units require an upgrade, which is prorated to the day. No surprise charges, no deleted records.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Your account becomes read-only with full CSV and PDF export for 90 days. Records are then deleted from primary storage and age out of backups. Cancellation is one click on the billing page; no retention call.
Do you offer annual billing or invoices?
Annual billing gives you two months free on every plan. Portfolio and Enterprise accounts can be invoiced and paid by ACH or purchase order.
Do you sell QR labels?
FireGuard generates a print-ready PDF of labels for any label printer or sheet. Pre-printed weatherproof labels can be quoted separately through the contact page.
